The Florida A&M University-Florida State University College of Engineering celebrated its 25th Anniversary as a College in 2007. Under the motto of Quality, Growth & Diversity, the College's past and present Faculty has made great things happen in research, teaching and service to the community. Since opening its doors in 1982 with a first class of 35 students, the College undergraduate enrollment in 2008 is now 2142 total students, of which 1908 are undergraduates and 254 are graduate students. Through Spring 2008, the College can now boast of having graduated 4971 students with a BS degree in engineering, 870 with an MS degree and 170 PhD degrees.
